Choose a simple image-to-PDF workflow
For a shareable collection of photos, use Images to PDF. Add image files, review the available page settings and generate the document. The standalone tool is intended for image pages, not a full print-book design workflow.
Choose images in the order you want them to appear. Rename copies with a numeric prefix if it helps you keep the sequence clear. If your originals are HEIC files, convert them to JPG before creating the PDF.
Prepare the pictures
Check that each image is upright and sharp enough at the intended page size. A small social-media thumbnail will not gain detail when stretched across an A4 page. Avoid repeated JPEG exports, which can progressively reduce quality.
Large photos can create a large PDF. Use Resize images when the files are much larger than needed, or Compress images to prepare smaller copies. Keep full-resolution originals separately.
Review the download
Open the PDF and inspect every page. Check the page count, the image sequence, cropping and the readability of any captions already present in the pictures. View at normal size as well as zoomed in.
Send a test copy to yourself before sharing a large collection. If the recipient needs editable photos, send the image files too; a PDF is primarily a document for viewing and printing. The browser workflow does not require uploading your photos to the PDF engine.
