InstantFileTools brings common file tasks into focused tools with a clear input, settings and download workflow.

All operations run locally in your browser using JavaScript libraries (pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist, Tesseract.js, docx, etc.). Your files never leave your device.

The directory covers PDFs, image conversion and resizing, CSV and JSON, text editing, QR codes, invoices, resumes and certificates. Each tool has a specific task. Export quality depends on the input, so always review your downloaded result and keep the original file.

All 31 tools process files 100% in your browser. No uploads, no servers, no third-party processing.

Who builds this

InstantFileTools is built by Fayaz, a developer based in Australia. The application uses JavaScript, Vite and established document-processing libraries. The directory does not require an account for its basic tools.

Pricing

Basic tools are free with no daily cap. Pro removes ads and unlocks full-document OCR, batch processing up to 50 files, and watermark-free exports for $9/month or $79/year. Teams plans start at $499/month for hosted deployments or $1,499/month for self-hosted.

If a tool you'd happily pay for is missing, tell us. Most of the suite was built in response to a specific request.

What we don't do

• Upload files to any server or cloud service.
• Use third-party services (Cloudflare, Modal, etc.).
• Store your documents anywhere.
• Send files over the network for any reason.
• Promise perfect OCR, identical document layouts or universal file compatibility.
• Replace your responsibility to review an export before sharing it.
