Do I need Pro to use the tools?
No. Every tool is free with no daily limit and no sign-up. Pro removes ads and unlocks full-document OCR, batches above 5 files, and watermark-free invoice, resume and certificate exports.
Are my files uploaded when I pay for Pro?
Never. Free or Pro, every file is processed inside your browser. The only thing our server knows about a Pro user is the email attached to their Stripe subscription.
How do I use Pro on another device?
Sign in with the Google account you used at checkout, or paste the subscription id (starts with sub_) from your Stripe receipt under Restore purchase.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing support@instantfiletools.com. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
